Afternoon Tea at Blithewold-First Seating
RESERVED SEATS ARE SOLD OUT- WALK-IN SEATS AVAILABLE AND WILL BE SEATED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS
Join us for a lovely afternoon treat during the hectic holiday season. Blithewold's informal tea includes our custom-blended tea served alongside sweet and savory items, including Bristol Bakery's scrumptious scones.
Teas will be held during the week from Tuesday through Friday. There are two seatings each day, with tea times at either 1:30 pm or 3 pm. The teas are not suitable for very young children. Price for tea is $12 per person, plus regular admission. Tickets will be sold inside the mansion.
We're taking a limited amount of reservations for each seating. Your reservation can only be made using this website (please, no calls). Please click on the "sign up for this" link above. PLEASE NOTE: If you don't see the "sign up for this" link at the top of the page, it's because of one of the two reasons listed below. We stop taking reservations one day before the Tea so that we can arrange the dining room accordingly. Or, guests have made reservations for the portion of the dining room that has been set aside for reserved seating. But don't worry, we are saving some seats to accommodate walk-ins for each Tea. Those seats will be given on a first come, first served basis. Or, you could make a reservation for another day!

Sight for sore eyes

Any evidence of the growing season, no matter how small, is huge. Especially considering there’s snow in our forecast today (ugh-gain), piles of old stuff jammed in […]

Suddenly it seems like it won’t be too long before we see the ground again… Fingers crossed. Is winter on its way out of your garden too?
