Daffodil Bloom Update: The Moongate bed is looking lovely! Daffodils at the Visitors Center should be opening over the weekend.  Blooms along the north east corner of the Mansion are opening now.  Water Garden Blooms are open on the pond edges.

The Van Wickle family hosted many parties and celebrations at Blithewold. One of the most notable celebrations was Marjorie Van Wickle and George Lyon’s wedding, which took place on June 1, 1914, in an elegant outdoor ceremony in Blithewold’s Enclosed Garden.
