Today was all about the beach! We started our day by making pool floats out of paper plates and adding a portrait of ourselves. After that, it was off to the veggie garden and all of the campers were so excited to see what was growing this week. Ms. Becca let the campers try edible flowers, green beans and more.  On the way there, we stopped at the idea garden to rest. There we learned a lot about Blithewold’s architectural history. Then, we headed back to camp for lunch and free play. This week the campers are really into baseball so they played a game after lunch. Then, we changed and were off to the beach. The campers got to cool off in the water. Some of them found crabs and other cool sea creatures. After that, it was time to head back to camp to change and eat a snack. We ended the day with campfire. Tomorrow is Pirate Day!!! Check out the photos from today!
