Start learning the ancient art of using microorganisms to preserve fruits and vegetables to create healthy food and drink. Sourdough bread, beer, wine, kimchi and hard cheese are some examples of fermented foods. Learn to prepare a few fermented foods such as sauerkraut and kombucha and take some home to enjoy!
