What is included with general admission?
With general admission, you can tour the Manor and grounds. It does NOT include programming, like Sparkle, Afternoon Teas, outdoor concerts, etc.
If I buy my tickets online, will I receive physical tickets?
No. You will be e-mailed a confirmation that you can print out or bring up on your phone.
Do I have to buy tickets online?
No, you can also buy tickets when you arrive at our Visitors Center next to the parking lot.
What are the hours for the Manor and grounds?

What if I am part of a reciprocal program, like NARM?
You don’t need to purchase tickets online. Check in at the Visitors Center with your reciprocal membership card from your chosen organization ready to show. If you are unsure if your membership is reciprocal we suggest checking with that organization.
Do you offer SNAP/EBT pricing?
Yes we do. You can buy those tickets online or in the Gift Shop. When checking in please have your card ready to show.
Is this a guided tour?
No, it’s a self-guided tour. But you can download an audio tour on your phone for a more guided experience when you arrive. You can look at the tour page HERE if you are interested in a guided tour experience.
