Week Five, Day Four: Observing the Environment

A day outside! We made paper plate fish for our morning craft. Then we got ready to go outdoors for an early snack. After the snack Clean Ocean Access came to teach the campers about coral reefs. They learned how ocean pollution can be damaging to coral reefs. The campers acted as the fish and had to run away from the sharks into the coral reefs to be safe. They also played drip drip drop to cool off the campers after the game. We went back to camp to play some ocean bingo before lunch. After lunch and free play, we went to the Nut Grove to do a sense scavenger hunt. We are all excited about western day tomorrow! See the pictures from today!
