Wildlife Revealed

There’s a world around us living, breathing, and dying that is easy to ignore. We may be tempted to think of insects, birds, and amphibians as only alive in the summer – but so much is happening that we do not even notice the rest of the year. They live a secret life that is opened up to us when we spend time outside noticing the other beings we share this world with every day.

If your curiosity is piqued, then I invite you to join us on Saturday February 29th for a presentation of The Secret World of Wildlife. Gail Read, Gardens Manager, and Melanie Gardiner, summer research intern, will illustrate the life in the gardens and throughout the property that takes place all year long – seen and unseen.
