Blithewold Private Events Manager and charcuterie master Genie Correia is back to share her talents just in time for Valentine’s Day. Enjoy a glass of white wine while she demonstrates some of her special techniques and assists you in assembling a small board to take home to enjoy with your cutie. Once you know how to pair foods and use knife and design skills, you’re on your way to creating delicious works of art of any size for any occasion.
